Product Description

This PU Car Seat Production Line adopts taper sealed type wear protected needle valve for injecting material. The advanced design of this valve prevents blockage caused by injected materials. Its mixing head maintains precision while blending via stirring. K series metering pump based controlling technique has been incorporated into its design. One button controlled functioning of this machine enables its operator to obtain various color or density as per application needs. Most importantly, this machine is convenient to handle and repair

Control: All its electrical parts belong to renowned TIAN brand of imported quality to enhance its precision level and to improve its mechanical attributes. This machine is capable of recording above five hundred data of its previous work. The internal temperature, rotation frequency and pressure level of this machine can be determined digitally and all the pre determined parameters can be viewed on its digital screen. It possesses malfunction detection alarm. It uses imported quality frequency converter with PLC based mechanism for balancing ratio of eight different items at the same time.

The robot of this machine is capable of handling up to 165 kg material.
The raw materials are either fed into its PU injection unit by robot based technology or are poured by laborers.
This machine uses guide steel bar and hydraulic system for controlling its mold carriers. The machine is capable of handling 4 to 24 mold carriers efficiently.
The mold section can be automatically locked. The air unit is instrumental in opening this section.
